Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both customers and our logistics partners while maintaining
service efficiency.
Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Before Vehicle Dispatch: If a booking is canceled before the assigned vehicle has been
dispatched, a full refund may be issued.
- After Vehicle Dispatch: If a cancellation is made after the vehicle has been
dispatched, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 5 minutes of
booking may be eligible for a full refund, provided the vehicle has not been assigned.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation fees depend on the stage at which the booking is canceled:
- Before Dispatch: No cancellation charges.
- After Dispatch: A charge equivalent to the base fare may be deducted.
- After Arrival at Pickup Location: Full base fare and waiting charges (if applicable)
will be charged.
Exceptions to Cancellation Fees
Cancellation charges may be waived under the following circumstances:
- The assigned vehicle does not arrive within the estimated time.
- The cancellation is due to a service failure on FastGoods' end.
- The driver cancels the booking.
How to Cancel a Booking
You can cancel a booking through the following methods:
- FastGoods Mobile App: Navigate to the "My Bookings" section and select "Cancel."
- Customer Support: Call our support team for immediate assistance.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@fastgoods.in with your Booking ID.
Refund Process for Cancellations
If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary between 5-7 business days.
- For UPI or wallet transactions, refunds may be processed within 48 hours.
Policy Updates
FastGoods reserves the right to update or modify the cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be
communicated via our website and mobile app.
