Distance-Based Pricing

For long-distance or per-trip logistics, we follow a distance-based pricing model, which includes:

Base Fare: Covers a predefined distance (varies by vehicle type).
Per-Kilometer Charge: Applied once the base distance is exceeded.
Vehicle-Specific Pricing: Different charges apply for motorcycles, mini trucks, tempos, and larger vehicles.

Customers can view the exact fare calculation in our app before confirming a booking.

Hourly-Based Pricing

For short-distance, intra-city deliveries, or time-sensitive logistics, we offer an hourly-based pricing model. This option is ideal for businesses that require a dedicated vehicle for a specific duration.

Pricing is calculated based on the total time the vehicle is engaged.
Available only for select vehicle types.
Overtime charges may apply if usage exceeds the booked duration.

Additional Costs

To ensure fairness, some additional charges may apply based on the service requirements:

Toll & Parking Charges: If applicable, these will be paid by the customer.
Waiting Charges: Additional fees apply if the vehicle is held beyond the agreed wait time.
Extra Handling Charges: If special handling is required for fragile or oversized goods.
Peak Hour Pricing: Surge pricing may be applied during high-demand periods.

Booking & Payment Terms

We offer seamless and secure booking and payment options:

Easy Booking: Bookings can be made via our website or mobile app.
Payment Methods: We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
Advance Payments: May be required for high-value bookings or long-distance deliveries.
Invoice & Receipts: Automatically generated and emailed after successful transactions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy to accommodate unexpected changes:

Full Refund: For cancellations made before dispatch.
Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made after dispatch but before pickup.
No Refund: If the service is refused upon arrival without a valid reason.
