experience. However, in cases where refunds are applicable, we follow a structured and transparent refund
policy to ensure fairness for all parties involved. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds
may be issued, the process for requesting a refund, and the expected timeline for processing.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Booking Cancellations:
- Before Vehicle Dispatch: If a booking is canceled before the assigned vehicle
is dispatched, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the cancellation time.
- After Vehicle Dispatch: If a booking is canceled after dispatch but before
service completion, cancellation charges may apply, and a partial refund may be considered.
- Service Unavailability:
- If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to operational issues, unavailability of
vehicles, or unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund will be processed.
- Overcharged Amount:
- If an incorrect fare is charged due to a technical error or billing discrepancy, the excess
amount will be refunded upon verification.
- Payment Errors:
- If a duplicate payment is made for the same booking, the excess amount will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Cancellation After Dispatch: If the cancellation request is made after the vehicle has
been dispatched and is en route to the pickup location, cancellation charges may apply, and no full
refund will be granted.
- Service Refusal at Arrival: If the customer refuses service upon the vehicle’s arrival
without a valid reason, no refund will be issued.
- Delays Due to External Factors: Refunds will not be issued if delays occur due to
traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, or
other external factors beyond FastGoods’ control.
- Incorrect Booking Details: If incorrect pickup/drop locations, time slots, vehicle
selection, or other critical details are provided by the customer, FastGoods will not be responsible for
refund claims.
- No-Show by Customer: If the customer is not available at the designated pickup location
at the scheduled time and does not respond to the driver’s calls, the booking may be considered a
"no-show," and no refund will be processed.
- Partially Used Services: If a customer cancels a service after it has partially
commenced, no refund will be applicable.
Refund Processing & Timelines
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as per the following guidelines:
- Refund Method: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method
used during booking.
- Processing Time:
- UPI or Wallet Transactions: Refunds may be processed within 48
hours.
- Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking Transactions: Refunds typically take
5-7 business days depending on the bank’s processing time.
- Third-Party Payment Gateways: If the payment was made via a third-party
platform (e.g., Paytm, Razorpay, Google Pay), refund timelines are subject to the policies of
the respective service providers.
- Refund Confirmation: Customers will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the
refund has been successfully processed.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our support team via email or phone.
- Provide Necessary Details: Ensure you include the following information for quick
processing:
- Booking ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Payment transaction details
- Supporting documents (if applicable, such as screenshots of incorrect charges)
- Review Process: Our support team will review your request and respond within
24-48 hours with the status of your refund.
Refund Deductions & Processing Fees
In some cases, the refund amount may be subject to the following deductions:
- Transaction processing fees charged by payment gateways.
- Service fees or cancellation charges (where applicable).
The final refund amount will be communicated to you before processing.
Changes to Refund Policy
FastGoods reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be
communicated via our website and mobile application. Continued use of our services after such modifications
constitutes your agreement to the revised policy.
